Create an upload URL for a contact attachment

https://api.clint.digital/v1/contacts//attachments/upload-url

Step 1 of the upload. Declares the file and returns a presigned S3 POST valid for expires_in seconds. The declared size is checked against the account's per-file limit and remaining storage quota, and S3 refuses a larger file. Accepted extensions: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, txt, csv, jpg, jpeg, png, gif, zip, rar, mp4, avi, mp3, wav. SVG is not accepted through the API.
