List channel accounts

Retrieve a paginated list of channel accounts. By default returns all supported channel types (WHATSAPP_OFFICIAL, WHATSAPP, INSTAGRAM); soft-deleted accounts are always excluded. Use the optional type query parameter to narrow the result to a single channel type.
