Retrieve a single transcription by ID, including its turns and joined text. Only returns transcriptions belonging to the authenticated owner. Requires the TRANSCRIPTIONS_API feature flag and an API key with the transcriptions:read scope.

A transcription that exists but is not ready yet (status PENDING or FAILED) returns 200 with empty turns/text, not 404 — the resource exists, it just has nothing to read yet.
