Attach the new contact to an existing organization owned by the same account. Must be a valid UUID string; returns 400 when malformed (non-string included) and 400 when the organization does not belong to the account. null and empty string read as omission (a new organization is created as usual). Attaching never changes the existing organization's primary contact.
